Downloading the Application Form
Thank you for your interest in a grant from Guildford Poyle Charities.
Please only apply if you are in a position to take up a grant if it was awarded.
Before completing the form, please make sure you are within our area of benefit. The postcodes we cover are all GU1 and GU2 and some of GU3 and GU4 (you will need to double check your address with us).
When completing the form include as much information about your circumstances as possible. If we do not receive enough information to be able to make a decision, we will have to return the application to you.
The Trustees need a supporting statement or letter from a professional sponsor who works with you and/or the family. The sponsor would need to be available for any clarifying questions we may have about the application. If you are unable to obtain a sponsor, please call the office to discuss.
If there is sufficient information on the application form, we will consider it at the next Trustee meeting and a decision on the application will be sent to you as soon as possible after that.
All completed grant applications are presented to a committee of Trustees who will decide on any grant award.
